About Quang
As a Staff level software engineer who is consistently exceeding expectations in my annual reviews, I can share with you how I find success on the Salesforce platform. You don't have to be a great coder, with a strong background in computer science. You don't have to know everything all at once. What has helped me continue to find success is to have a system for solving problems that can be applied at every experience level. Salesforce is a perfect fit for this system because the Salesforce platform rewards SOLUTIONS that solve PROBLEMS. This means that no matter what diverse technical background you have, you can make an impact as a developer when you learn to use the system. I am passionate about Salesforce because I'm hooked on solving problems for people. You can affect so many lives when you know how to offer solutions. I want to help others become confident, hopeful, and skilled developers so they can start to have an immediate impact wherever they may go as well!
