About Haram
Hello! I’m Haram, a dedicated and results-driven maths tutor with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students gain real confidence in mathematics. I focus on helping students truly understand concepts rather than just memorising formulae. In each lesson, I explain ideas step by step, use practical examples, and make sure students can apply what they learn on their own. I regularly review progress, provide feedback, and adjust lesson plans to match each student’s pace and goals. I have experience teaching students from elementary to high school, both through private tutoring and at Maths Spring Academy, where I conducted intensive summer classes. My students have shown remarkable improvement, such as moving from a B to an A in their internal exams and achieving higher placement in international school maths classes after strong MAP test results. My classes are clear, encouraging, and interactive. I aim to create a learning environment where students not only improve their grades but also enjoy the process of learning maths.

Teaching Methodology: I tailor each lesson to the student’s level and learning goals, focusing on understanding mathematical concepts rather than rote memorisation. I guide students to explain the logic behind each problem and reinforce this understanding through short review questions and error analysis after every lesson. The lesson pace is adjusted based on the student’s concentration and learning speed, and I provide regular progress updates to parents. Lesson Length: 1 hour to 1.5 hours Qualification: 2 Years experience of tutoring Final Year student from the University of Warwick Top 2 maths student from the school in China Target Students: Students who are preparing for GCSE, A-Level, and entrance exam (private school/grammar school)
