About Ashish
I'm Ashish Raj, hold a Level 3 Certificate as a Sports and Exercise Instructor and Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and Fitness Managment certificate. I have 11 years of experience in the fitness industry where I have worked as a Club Manager, Personal Trainer for International clients as well as worked in various gyms and freelance in India and Oman.
I'm better in Strength and Conditioning and Weightloss.
I have been able to make a career doing something I am passionate about. My goal is to help people reach their wellness goals until the day I die - I can't imagine being in any other career. When you are healthy physically, it is easier to become healthy emotionally, spiritually and cognitively. Everyone deserves the right to feel good about themselves. My goal is to help people do that - self-esteem is highly tied in with working out.
