About Swarna
I’m a dedicated yogi and certified yoga instructor with experience in both online and in-person teaching. I’ve participated in various levels of yoga competitions, which has deepened my understanding and passion for the practice. Over the years, I’ve guided students through different forms and techniques of yoga—helping them improve flexibility, strength, and inner balance. My sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging, and truly beneficial for the body and mind.

My classes are tailored to your individual needs, age, and any specific concerns you may have. Whether you're dealing with migraine, joint pain, back issues, or looking to manage weight, I offer targeted yoga practices and techniques designed to help you heal and grow.
You’ll learn a variety of asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), kriyas, and the theory behind yoga to deepen your understanding of the practice. Alongside physical training, I also provide simple, practical diet tips to support a healthy lifestyle from the inside out.
