I'll provide you guys diet chart according to your physical conditions for loss , gain and maintaining of weight & practising good food habits and propore diet for disease free life ... Classes will be provided as chart/ video tutorial (optional) / and video live classes if guys ask for it .... I'll be available on phone on7:00 am to 9:00 am & 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm to give you guidance and doubt clearing sessions ..... don't worry about stress and strains of workouts and tight diet which will makes you feel like you're dying of starving ...just chill buddies everyone will be analysed based on their capabilities and requirements and will be guided differently so don't stress out guysI'm here to help
