About Charlotte
I'm a wellbeing facilitator with lived experience of overcoming adversity with my physical and mental health. I live with ehlers danlos syndrome and b12 deficiency and have improved my quality of live significantly in the past 5 years. From not wanting to live to living my best life..I want to help others do the same.

1:1 sessions with me will enhance your understanding of your self beliefs and help you head onto a journey of self awareness and development. Particularly if you struggle with chronic illness. We will learn about emotional responses and the importance of building your own mental health toolbox to combat the difficult times.
