I use the mindful coach method as my teaching method - that means I use compassion and kindness tools to coach. A typical lesson plan includes 6 sessions or more to go deep into designing your desired wellness journey. Mindfulness for profound inner work is my base to guide the process. These sessions are designed for individuals who look for improving their lives and wellness by incorporating good and simple habits.
