I have been working with Dionne for more than two years, and know her on a personal level for more than 15 years. I feel Dionne’s sincerity in classes because she takes down notes of her client’s initial conditions and workouts to help her monitor their progress. One of her strengths in striking a delicate balance between being empathetic of her clients’ conditions and encouraging her clients to test their limits, the latter provided she is sure that her clients are fit and skilful enough to do so. Another strength of hers is the ability to explain workouts using human body science which allows me to understand.

Dionne is a great instructor. She provides detailed and clear verbal and hands on instructions to correct my posture during movements. I had an amazing time during her class, was able to challenge myself while still having fun :))
