About Luca
Build a body that looks, moves and functions the best it can.
-1-1 and small group PT ( up to 3 people )
in SE1 - TrainFitness - quiet PT studio .
We will analyse and address every aspect of your health, body composition, strength, movement quality, pre-rehab.
I have trained a wide range of clients with different backgrounds and age.From city professionals to recreational/professional athlete.
Understanding your needs and wants will allow us to build a bespoke journey that works.
I am specialised in body composition , strength training , older adult training , strength and conditioning for sport.
