Learn to read and write sheet music and some basic piano performance techniques. Also teaches introductory music theory for better understanding the music we listen to. Good for getting started building your musical skills no matter if it's something you want to do for fun or as a career.
-I can teach locally or online via webcam and provide advice on free educational resources.
-I teach through using analogy and mnemonics to aid in memorization of core principles.
-I demonstrate techniques on paper and with a piano and then watch and constructively critique the student's practice.
-I provide the student with written materials that can serve as study guides and can direct them to practice materials.
The student is not required to own or have access to a piano or keyboard instrument, but is recommended if taking it online. If taking it locally, I can provide one.

Details
15$/hour for home lessons if the student cannot provide their own transportation and is dropped off and picked up by another person. ( I am not a babysitting service and reserve this right to charge extra for the potential overtime. )
