About Amy
I am an intern Biokineticist specialising in Neuro rehab with a great passion for people and the wonders of our human bodies. Originally from Johannesburg, I have fallen in love with the Western Cape after my 4 years of studying at Stellenbosch University. Being outdoors and in the mountains/ on the beach is what I enjoy most (along with Kristen’s kickass ice cream of course). I love meeting new people and would love to be able to get to know you too through our sessions together!
