My class starts with an intense warm-up focusing on abs, arms, and shoulders. Then, we move into stretching, concentrating on splits, leg pulls, and spine stretches. Next, we work on basic moves around the pole, progressing to pole-specific movements.
My teaching method includes a workbook with basic, intermediate, and advanced movements. Once a student masters the basic moves with quality and flow, we progress to the intermediate level. My approach is focused on providing constant support and ensuring safety. At the end of each class, we record videos to track progress, and gradually add more moves to create a combo that builds endurance for performing multiple movements on the pole. Choreographies are optional, but I enjoy teaching them occasionally.
The lessons are for everyone, even if you've never danced before. I can help you become a skilled pole dancer, regardless of your starting point.
