About Estelle

I am a piano tutor with over 9 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Piano. Music has always been my passion, and I love composing and songwriting in addition to performing. My teaching style is fun, engaging, and fully personalized, designed to suit learners of all levels—school students, college students, adults, and professionals. I focus on building strong foundations in chord theory, performance skills, sight-reading, and improvisation. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether they want to improve technique, explore jazz, or compose their own music. I have helped students progress from Intermediate to Advanced levels, and even guided those at the Professional and Expert level. My sessions combine structured learning with creativity, making practice enjoyable and meaningful. I encourage exploration, expression, and confidence at the piano. Students learn not just to play, but to understand music deeply and play with feeling. Every lesson is designed to inspire and motivate, helping students unlock their full potential. Let’s start your musical journey together and discover the joy of piano in a way that’s fun, rewarding, and uniquely yours

My teaching approach is all about building strong technique, consistent practice habits, and a genuine love for playing piano. I work with both kids and adults, tailoring lessons to each student’s goals and interests. Music games and backing tracks make practice enjoyable and motivating.

I mix classical pieces with popular songs to keep lessons engaging and inspiring. For those interested in jazz or more expressive styles, I focus on improvisation, rhythm, and feel, helping them develop confidence and creativity. Students seeking therapeutic benefits are supported with exercises that enhance focus, relaxation, and musical expression.

I encourage steady progress through structured practice, but always in a fun and positive environment. Every student receives guidance that challenges them while celebrating achievements. My lessons focus on playing with expression, understanding music deeply, and enjoying every step of the journey.

Whether you’re building foundational skills, exploring jazz, or seeking a musical outlet, I help you excel while making piano learning exciting and rewarding.
