About Charlotte
Helping ESL learners communicate confidently has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I enjoy creating classrooms where students feel welcomed from the first lesson. Encouragement and understanding shape every interaction I have with learners. Their progress motivates me to keep improving as a teacher.
Every learner brings unique experiences that deserve thoughtful support. I adapt my teaching style so lessons remain practical and engaging for everyone. Curiosity is encouraged because questions lead to stronger understanding. Building confidence is just as important as teaching language.
