I am working as an Analyst in Big 4 and I am also preparing for CFA examination. Still, I can manage to workout for 2 hours daily for 6 days a week. So, try to give atleast 1-1.5 hours each day and no one will be disheartened in the long run.

Every body type and metabolism is different, so there's no fixed format/schedule regarding the class. Anyone of 16 years and above can be a part of this class. I will assess your fitness for a week, and accordingly would suggest what fits the best for you. Trust me I was myself 100 kgs and I shredded my weight to 68 kgs in 3 months. (P.S - I am super foody). So don't worry about results. Just stick to the regime and little modifications in your diet plan would definitely fetch you results that might be out of your imagination. Ofcourse, once you will see the results, this will become an addiction.
