About Bertie
I've lived in east London for the past 15 years.
I've always been associated with tennis, whether that's playing, coaching, or management.
Sport has always been my route into socialising and feeling part of a wider community and I'm keen to make sure others get those same opportunities.
Outside of sports, I'm also an HR and Diversity and Inclusion consultant.

I'm a Lawn Tennis Association accredited coach for both tennis and Padel. Formally world ranked in tennis I've been oncourt with some of the best players in the world, and have provided coaching globally from beginners to tour level players.
With Padel, it's a sport I've grown into over the last 5 years. If you've not come across Padel yet, you will know about it soon enough. It's the fastest growing sport in the world, and one of the most accessible for beginners looking to try a new sport.
