I started in Tae Kwon Do and Kempo at an early age. Early teens started boxing, and later Muay Thai, Submission Grappling, and ultimately Mixed Martial Arts. 10 years teaching & taught by Ajarn Phil Nurse, Renzo Gracie and more!

I am a teacher of an art. Often times the “art” of martial arts gets lost in the televised representation of it. I like smaller groups for individualized instruction. It’s my job to find or fine tune your self-defense efficacy based on your natural kinesthetic awareness and experience, in sport or in life.
