I was first recommended to Luca in 2025 initially to train in BJJ and No-Gi BJJ. More recently, we’ve also branched out into boxing and kickboxing.

With absolutely no previous martial arts experience, and starting at the age of 45, I found things a little daunting to begin with. Luca made me feel comfortable and confident, creating an environment where I could learn at my own pace without ever feeling out of my depth. He is also incredibly patient, which has helped me massively as i am not always the worlds fastest learner.

Having now worked with Luca for over a year, I can honestly say that taking up martial arts has been one of the best things I’ve ever done, and a guy amount of that is down t Luca. His knowledge of the disciplines he teaches is incredible, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Luca to anyone, regardless of their age, fitness level or previous experience.

I’ve taken 1-1 Muay Thai instruction from Luca at fight city gym in London. He is a great, high level striking coach, the intensity level was just right for me and I felt comfortable and confident in him as a trainer.

He is a very competent teacher and would be good for all levels, I believe. Very patient and he has a great attitude, I feel lucky to have found someone I click with so well.

I’ve been learning wrestling from Luka for the past 6 months, and he teaches with a professional mindset, making everything clear and easy to understand. I can really feel my growth, and I believe it's perfect teaching. He not only explains technical details but also teaches applied techniques and shares all the tips used in actual matches. Luca is great, I’ve been doing personal training sessions with him for half a year now and he has been fantastic at pushing me every week. He has been wonderfully patient when teaching me the technical aspects of Muay Thai boxing. He does it in a very professional and friendly manner. He’s given great advice for how I can look after myself through mind, body and soul. This has involved advice on injuries and niggles, recommending yoga programmes and taking an active interest in my diet and general wellbeing.
