Writing tutor with years of experience and with MAs in English and Psychology

Barbara was a teaching assistant (TA) in my undergraduate, Research Methods course. Barbara had an excellent rapport with the students. One of Barbara's strongest assets was her ability to constructively criticize students' research papers. She offered suggestions for improvement in such a way that flaws were clearly spelled out, but the student's self-esteem wasnot compromised. Barbara's breadth of knowledge, communication skills, and reliability led to her being well-liked by the students.

I have known Barbara since she was a graduate student. She was a patient and skilled tutor and teacher. Barbara has exceptional written communication skills and is very engaging.
