About Kendra
Kendra has been a cheerleader for 12 years. She has experience in school, competitive, and collegiate-level cheerleading.
She was captain of her school cheerleading teams and went on to cheer at university.
She is now a trained high school Varsity dance coach. She creates competitive choreography for her dancers and trains them to learn new skills as performers each season.
Kendra is a licensed teacher and knows how to produce results. Whether you are a beginner or professional, Kendra can help you refine your cheer knowledge!

Kendra's teaching method centers around getting you up and practicing while also keeping form, technique, and confidence at the center of your lesson. With Kendra, you can expect to learn:
-Proper stretches and conditioning to improve your jumps
-Technique to ensure perfect choreography execution every time
-Mental exercises to make sure that you look and feel your best on tryout day
-Choreography lessons for cheerleaders and Middle and High School dance teams for extra practice
-Cheerleading basics: arm positions, types of jumps, tumbling basics
-A basic 8-count
-How to create dances yourself!
Kendra teaches with the "I do, You do, We do" method. She will demonstrate and execute the skill, stretch, or choreography, and then you will be able to get up and practice with her!
