About Eddie
I am a dedicated, youthful and energetic tutor who has been tutoring languages and English literature for the past 4 years alongside my studies. I have graduated from The University of Nottingham with a degree in BA (Hons) Law with French and I have been educated at a top grammar school in West Yorkshire where I excelled in my studies and now, I am ready to pass on my love for my subjects to the next generation of students! Languages have always been my favourite subjects and I do all that I can to gain more subject knowledge from reading books and articles to listening to the current number one songs in the country! I have loads of books that I can recommend to help you move forward with your grammar or other topics in the GCSE/A-Level specs in French, Spanish and English Literature as well as many songs and films/series that will enhance your ability to understand and hear key vocab / grasp key concepts which is often neglected in a classroom environment. This link to culture is vital when learning a language and will make you stand out when speaking the target language abroad. I would love to be able to pass my knowledge and passion for these subjects onto others! I love making sessions fun and interesting and I hope that being a young tutor and knowing exactly how much work the student has to do and what is required, will really benefit me when we have our first meeting together as I am sure we will see eye-to-eye!

I have graduated from The University of Nottingham with a degree in BA (Hons) Law with French and I have been educated at a top grammar school in West Yorkshire where I excelled in my studies and now, I am ready to pass on my love for my subjects to the next generation of student. I achieved a 9 in my GCSE French and an A at A-Level, as well as excelling in my French studies at university. I have also spent a year in the south of France at a French university, so I have had ample time to soak up nuances and culutre that isn't necessarily taught in the classroom! I would love to be able to pass my knowledge and passion for French onto others! I am super passionate about instilling confidence into the people I work with. I love making sessions fun and interesting. I hope that being a young tutor and knowing exactly how much work the student has to do and what is required, will really benefit me when I come to meet the student as I am sure we will see eye-to-eye!
