I am a 19 year old blue belt. I currently study in London at the LSE however am born and raised for 16 years in Hong Kong. I love martial arts and the UFC and am particularly fascinated by Brazilian jiu-jitsu

Typical length would be 90 minutes, best for learning. Start with aerobic martial arts warm-up and get into basic judo and functional movements. After warm-up, we begin drilling the technique of the day, followed by sequences of movements of this technique. Cool down. Finish
