About Adam
My name is Adam and I am a student at one of the top 10 high schools in New South Wales. Throughout my time in high school I have been helped enormously by private tutors and much prefer the private approach of tutoring compared to large tutoring classes due to the personalised and individual-focused nature of private lessons. I have a strong passion for the sciences, wanting to pursue a career as a physicist after I leave high school. Due to this passion for learning I want to do more than educate the students, I want to leave them motivated and looking forward to future lessons.

I strive for a student-first approach in teaching. The topics covered are based on what students and I identify are weakpoints within their knowledge and we will work on these topics until the student feels comfortable with them. The lesson length will also be directed by students and parents however generally lessons will last from 30 to minutes. If I know the area the student wants to work on in advance I will prepare questions and content to cover or if the student wishes we can cover schoolwork/homework/any questions they have. My main experience in tutoring comes from mentoring the Mensa cybersecurity team for the national finals. My lessons are for primary school students and students in the early years of high school. I can teach all levels of academic ability.
