About Gagandeep
I am a BTech undergrad who always wanted to pursue calisthenics as a career. But parents practicality and influence shifted me to science careers.
But I was able to realise something bigger. Whether one pursues sports career or not should not impact their desire for fitness.
So I want to share my knowledge as I keep gaining scientific knowledge that become basis for exercises.
