About Erica
My fingers still remember the exact tension of the nylon strings on the guitars from my childhood home. Bringing that history into our work, I use my 8 years of experience to teach electric technique and blues progressions to students of all ages.
I earned my BA in Latin American Music from Berklee College of Music, which shapes how I explain scales and modes. My sessions cover essential tuning and maintenance so you always feel ready to play. Whether we are preparing for grade exams or writing original songs, I emphasize the importance of feel and rhythm. I love helping you find your own sound while you grow as a musician.

The smell of fresh wood and the sharp ring of a perfectly tuned guitar create the best atmosphere for our work. Every session feels like a creative exploration where you develop your ear and master complex fretboard patterns.
You get a free trial session to assess your starting level and decide where we begin our journey together. Kids and adults alike enjoy the way we link theory to the Latin jazz and son cubano influences that define my teaching. We prioritize solid foundation work.
