About Laura
I have toured all over the world with my band Tokyo Taboo and teaching is my way of sharing my knowledge.
One of my favourite things is seeing my students grow and improve. I love to perform and write songs and can help guide students on how to write, release and perform music.
I am always improving my voice & always learning! I am also a dancer and athlete so am very motivated and a great cheerleader.

I am passionate about teaching vocal technique and believe an understanding of how your voice works is essential to sing any style. I tour all over the world and used to struggle to hear myself on stage and often strained my voice to overcompensate. Now I feel confident on stage and help my students to feel confident too.
My lessons are fun & engaging and I see improvements really fast (especially in students who are passionate about singing )
I teach piano up until Grade 6 and also help students to pass their Grade 5 Music Theory exam. I am kind and patient. I encourage my students and teach all ages.
