About Brandon
I’ve been playing guitar since I was 14 and come from a family tree of country guitar players. I took guitar class for 3 years at my HS and played a variety of punk, metal, and alternative rock in bands. After high school, I wanted to expand my knowledge further and chase creative freedom. I was always impressed seeing my uncles and other musicians get up in front of an audience spontaneously with a band they never play with and play songs like they had been rehearsing for months.. So I started taking lessons and mentoring under Eli Lester(Owner of Two Rock Amplifiers, check them out!) for four years learning music theory, blues, country, and jazz. 25 years later I still love playing music wether it’s a local open jam night, Sunday Worship, cover band , studio work, or acoustic live by a campfire with family. Lots of mine and possibly your favorite and most iconic names on guitar have said “Don’t stop learning.” I absolutely agree and still learn new things to add to my playing today. It’s important to have fun with your music while learning and that’s what I’m here for.
