"Many learners struggle to keep their rhythm consistent when they first attempt to move between complex chord shapes. I admit that even after playing for decades, I still focus intensely on those small, minute details that separate a beginner from an intermediate player. Because I hold a Master of Music in Vocal Performance, I bring a high level of ear-training and rhythmic awareness to every guitar session. You will spend your time mastering specific skills like electric technique and lead guitar phrasing that define your favourite tracks.
To help you get started, I offer a free trial session to assess your current level and define a clear path forward. During our time together, we will break down your chosen songs into manageable chunks that build genuine ability. I strive to make the mechanics of your fretting hand feel natural rather than forced or awkward.
By focusing on the nuances of your strumming patterns, we ensure that your playing sounds professional and clean. It is quite rewarding to help a returning learner regain their skills with fresh perspective and renewed energy. I look forward to supporting your musical journey from the comfort of your own home."
