About Vikil
I hold a graduation degree in Biotechnology course, and successfully training my clients in different programs. Providing personal training for more than 15 students at present. I have completed courses on personal training and diet management.
Training all age students to represent themselves at sports at different competition.

My training process includes more of fun activity with some decent workouts, according to the client's response. Each and every workout depends on the person's comfortability and what the client is looking for. My coaching program includes not only some boring workout, but also some flexible sports like badminton, swimming (All styles), skipping (free style) etc.
I have also designed the suitable diets required to all my previous clients, depending on loosing weight or for gaining weight. Following my diet rule, the client will feel everyday as a cheat day with 100% results.
