About Laura
Hi, I'm Laura! I have over 2 years of experience as a certified reformer and mat Pilates instructor across multiple studios. I love how Pilates can be suited to all bodies and all fitness levels, and I want to share this passion through fun and intentional classes for everyone. I specialize in both small and large group settings, as well as one-on-one sessions. I focus on intentional movements to target your desired goals, while bringing a fun and upbeat energy. Be prepared for great tunes, terrible jokes, but most importantly, skills and techniques that will improve your body awareness, which will help you in your everyday life!

All sessions are personal to you and your needs. We will discuss any injuries or goals you are looking to achieve and run a class to help you get to your desired outcome.
We will focus on both alignment and movement, utilising a blend of traditional and modern pilates techniques and exercises, helping you to feel stronger and in tune with your body.
Sessions are 45 minutes long, with a warm up and cool down, working on different skills throughout the session.
Lessons are held in your home, where you can feel comfortable and ready to upskill your fitness!

As a beginner I was super nervous starting Pilates. Laura made me feel super comfortable, adjusted the session tailoring to my prior injured and explained the techniques thoroughly. Laura made it extremely fun and I highly recommend her for any Pilates level and for any person!
