About Kiavosh
I am a student studying construction engineering at Uppsala University. In addition to all my studies, I train a lot in the gym partly because I compete in men's physique and that the training gives me a lot of energy and joy for my studies.
Right now I'm in Team Elit Nutrition and preparing for my next competition.

First and foremost I will ask some questions to see how you look at the training in general, then we will go through your goal to be achieved and then according to your goals and desires, I will add training and diet schedule to you. I will be with you on-site at different workouts to make sure you exercise with proper drawing as well as muscle focus. (Exercise will take place at the gym that suits you best)
