About Otto
Music found me through a chaotic tangle of feedback and garage bands. Playing in 7 bands and releasing 6 records taught me that theory is useless without grit. I am a neurodivergent-affirming teacher who prioritizes visual and kinesthetic learning for ADHD and autistic students.
Over 12 years, I have helped 200 students find their own sound. Real playing is messy. You will be playing songs you love soon.

Guitar is a physical conversation between your hands and the wood. Plugging into an amp creates a vibration that you feel in your chest.
My lessons utilize electric technique, scales, modes, tuning, maintenance, blues progressions, and songwriting shortcuts to keep your brain engaged. Since I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Music from Los Angeles College of Music, I balance technical precision with the raw intuition needed for live stages.
I offer a 10.0 out of 10 free trial session to assess your starting level and build a roadmap. Because I toured across North America, I focus on fixing tone problems and solving technical hurdles in real time.
Expect a playful, hands-on environment where your specific way of processing information dictates how we tackle the fretboard. We will focus on manageable steps that prevent burnout while building your vocabulary on the instrument.
