About V

I'm Victoria! I'm currently an ESL instructor, with a UCLA B.A. and USC M.A. graduate with 5+ years of public school teaching experience and more than 8+ years of institutional tutoring experience. Currently, I teach all levels of ESL for a regional adult educational center. I strive to meet all diverse learning needs through the integration of technology to assist in academic engagement of various levels of ESL competency-based curriculum.
In terms of assisting with writing and public speech, I have presented workshops on adaptable forms of structured collaboration and cooperative learning activities in the adult ESL classroom for the California Council for Adult Education.
I love helping my students and can be easily contacted by any form of communication- I check all of my messages on a daily basis.

I have 5+ years of public school teaching experience and more than 8+ years of institutional tutoring experience.

I have 3+ years of teaching citizenship classes for an adult education center.

I minored in Political Science at UCLA. I've tutored several students in American History.

I'd love to talk and see how I can help you!

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on catering and meeting the specific needs of the student. I'm attentive and organized in making sure the student's needs are targeted and specifically addressed. I also try my best to be flexible with my schedule (I'm very responsive over text messaging).
