About Davide
When it comes to teaching, I believe my greatest strengths are undoubtedly patience and empathy; at 24, and having just completed my own studies, I fully understand what a student goes through, whether it is disappointment, frustration, or perhaps a lack of interest in a particular subject. That is why I try to motivate students in various ways, including on a personal level, to give their best and achieve their goals.

Nel contesto dell'insegnamento, penso che le mie doti migliori siano decisamente la pazienza e l'empatia: avendo 24 anni ed avendo appena terminato il mio percorso di studi, capisco perfettamente le sensazioni di uno studente, fra possibili delusioni, frustrazione o magari lo scarso interesse per una materia in particolare. Per questo cerco di stimolare lo studente in diversi modi, anche dal punto di vista umano, a dare il meglio di sé per raggiungere il proprio obiettivo.

Learning to grasp concepts and solve problems by relying on one's own theoretical and logical reasoning is far more engaging, rewarding, and, above all, useful than mere rote memorization, especially in scientific subjects. This is precisely the approach I take during my tutoring sessions: I provide prompts that encourage the student to reason things out or clarify any theoretical points that aren't fully understood, guiding them toward the final solution. This process is crucial for boosting the student's confidence in their own problem-solving abilities. Naturally, a sense of satisfaction follows, not only for the student but for the tutor as well.
Please send me the problems or questions you have in advance so I can review them and prepare the best possible solutions to present and discuss with you during our sessions.

Imparare ad assimilare concetti e risolvere problemi basandosi sui propri mezzi, teorici e logici, è decisamente più coinvolgente, appagante e soprattutto utile, rispetto al mero studio a memoria, in particolare modo se si tratta di materie scientifiche. Ed è proprio questo l'approccio su cui mi baso durante le mie ripetizioni, fornendo spunti allo studente per permettergli di ragionare o correggendo aspetti teorici non perfettamente chiari, in modo da condurlo alla soluzione finale. Questo è fondamentale per rafforzare la consapevolezza dello studente nei propri mezzi risolutivi. E, a quel punto, la soddisfazione non può che essere una diretta conseguenza, non solo da parte dello studente stesso, ma anche da parte del tutor.
Inviatemi con un po' di anticipo i problemi ed i dubbi che avete, in modo tale che io possa studiarli e preparare al meglio delle soluzioni da presentarvi e poterne discutere con voi durante i nostri incontri.

For in-person lessons requiring travel, an additional charge of 3 to 5 euros per each hour applies, depending on the covered distance.
