About Harriet
Hi, I’m Harriet and I’d love to help you with any fitness related work. Having a background in dance and being in the industry for 20 years I have a vast amount of underpinned knowledge and experience which I’d like to share with you.
My fields of knowledge are:
- Gym based Instructor & Assessor
- PT & Assessor
- Group Exercise Instructor (ETM) & Assessor
- Sports Massage Therapy
- Strength Training
- Flexibility, coordination & proprioception
- Spinning/Indoor Cycling Instructor & Assessor. I deliver and assess fitness courses, therefore can offer you all the help and advice you require…from creating choreography for fitness classes to prepping you for your practical assessments.

I love fitness and as a trained dancer, I have a passion about how the body works and performs under stress.
