About Brieanne
I have worked in and around pools for the majority of my life. I grew up in a family business that provided private, group, and team swim instruction, offered recreational open swimming, and provided lifeguard training. I swam competitively for about 4 years, coached USA and League swimming for about 10 years, and taught private and group swim lessons for all ages and abilities, specializing in beginner level adults. It is my passion to help my swimmers reach their goals and overcome any fears or hesitations they have in the water. I am known for being a patient, meticulous, and encouraging teacher who balances repetition with trying new skills. There's always more than 1 way to learn something, and my goal is to help you discover what works for you.

My lessons are personalized for the student (s) depending on their goals and abilities.
The first lesson is always an evaluation so that we can see if I am a good fit for you as a teacher, how comfortable you are in the water, and what your skill level looks like.
We will always go at a pace that is comfortable for you, but I will also work with you, and encourage you to push yourself past your fears. The ability to swim is our human birthright, and you deserve to feel comfortable and confident in your environment.
