About Chelsey
A few years ago I felt completely lost, as I had always worked in sales and I was extremely unfulfilled.
I wanted to do something rewarding that I enjoyed.
I decided in 2017 to go to India to complete my 200hr Yoga teacher training course and I haven't looked back since.
I started building confidence in teaching by practicing with friends or offering 1-1 sessions in the evenings and on weekends, around my work schedule.
And it wasn't until I had an operation on my ankle, that I decided to focus purely on what I love... teaching.

I qualified in multi-yoga. Which includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Dynamic and Yin Yoga.
I always cater my clients sessions to their individual needs and wants, to help inspire and support positive shifts in their health and wellbeing.
Each session is likely to be different on a physical or mental level depending on how you are feeling.
But each session is one hour long and will include physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
Relax and renew, flow and let go or delve deeper in dynamic.
Even as a beginner I can take you from the basics to beyond.
The choice is up to you.
