About Padmaja
I am Mrs. Padmaja Vemuri. Did M.Sc, M.Phil (Physics) B.Ed. I learned Yoga and Pranayama from Yoga Master Sri Subba Rao garu for 2+ years.
I experienced good improvement in health.
I wish the same knowledge to you all.
These classes are for ladies exclusively!

we start with Simple exercises and Pranayama which is very important in cleansing the bodily organs . Then will do some asanas that even 40 yrs above people can also do. Simple standing asanas and Pranayama will be helpful for all women.
