About Sharon
My practices follow the eastern line, as I´ve been teached in Nepal. The classes begin with breathing exercises, joint movements, dynamic movements and final relaxation. After classes you will perceive an effect of deep relaxation, agility in movement and harmony.

Namaste, I´m Sharon an argentinean in love with the yoga practice. I´ve been practicing for 8 years and teaching for 3 years. I´ve trainned in Nepal with indians teachers, whats give a traditional style to my methodology.
