Yoga has been a staple in my life since I was a 16 year old high schooler. It was my outlet that never failed to make me feel grounded, present, and calmly energized.

Classes are $30 an hour. If I need to travel more than 15 miles to get to you, the price will go up to $45. My cancellation fee is $15. You must cancel within 24 hours notice of our scheduled meet time to avoid the fee. Thank you.
