I’m a Yoga Therapist and Ayurveda consultant. I have cured many ailments using Yoga Therapy sessions like BP, Asthama, Diabetes, PCOS, PCOD, piles, Pistula, Seizures, Paralysis, Thyroid, Disc problem, Reproductive disorders, Irregular periods, sterility, DMD, genetical disorder, vericose veins etc...

About the lesson

Practical approach to Yoga after knowing the requirement and ailments of the interested person. Based on age, body mass and many other features shall decide the methodology of the classes. Some may require lifestyle changes also which needs to be inculcated
