About Elsa
I started practicing yoga in 2014 and from then on I never stopped learning. Until then, my path was already strongly linked to body techniques, since I started studying dance very early and this was my occupation until I discovered the practices of yoga and spirituality. In 2019 I took a trip to India where I did my first training as a yoga teacher, and, since then, I have tried to start sharing the valuable learnings with those around me and with anyone who wants to start on this path. Naturally, in this situation that we currently live in, face-to-face classes are not advised. But nothing is an excuse! If there is a will, there is technology to help us. I'll wait for your contact, no more postponing it :)

My goal when starting this sharing is to help the student to improve his body-mind relationship, starting by focusing on things as simple as breathing. I like to impart yoga freely without affiliating myself with a specific style because I place great importance on adapting the class to what the student's goals are. I try to get to know them in the first place and keep an active communication along the way, since with the discovery of new relationships and sensations in the body, the goals and desires are also evolving; and this is one of the greatest pleasures of this practice!

A Elsa é a melhor professora de yoga que eu já conheci. Nota-se que tem muito conhecimento, e isso é notório na sua forma de ensinar. Preocupa-se sempre com o bem-estar do aluno, e sabe aplicar as aulas às exigências/capacidades de cada um. Faz-nos sentir sempre confortáveis com as nossas limitações, conseguindo ajudar-nos a ultrapassa-las sem que nos apercebamos disso. Comecei a ter aulas em 2021, e sinto uma diferença descomunal no meu corpo. Sinto-me bem, feliz e ativa. Recomendo a toda a gente!
Após ter experimentado yoga no ginásio, dei a minha primeira aula com a Elsa recomendada por uma pessoa conhecida e foi como do dia para a noite. Excelente professora, adaptou a aula ao meu nível e com duas semanas senti melhorias notáveis, sobretudo nos níveis de stress e respiração. Recomendo vivamente! :)
