Professor Blake is a Master Educator and certified/insured Yoga Instructor (500 IAYT) with decades of experience in teaching all ages with kindness. Her specialties are Wellness/Nutrition Coaching, Pranayama Breathwork & Meditation, Yin/Yang/Nidra Yoga and Soundwave Healing/Grounding. ALL AGES/EXPERIENCE WELCOME!
I am a SPED teacher with welcome arms ready to help you begin (or continue) your yoga journey.
Each lesson begins with a welcome and review of the activities. Each activity will be based on a yin (slow) or yang (fast) flow and will have differentiated versions to assist you where you are physically. You are always welcome to alter to fit your needs by using blocks and other tools as well!
Come sit and relax, get your stretch on and join in the group for some fun. See you there!
