About Lomesh
I've been practising Yoga for 5 years and wanted to spread this energy to others around me. With this intention, I started teaching yoga and inspiring people with the benefits of this incredible practice. I taught yoga to around 15 people and helped them in transforming their mind from negative to positive energy and their body from rigid to flexible.
