About Bhumi
I completed my 500 hr yoga Teacher Training course from rudrayogpeeth rishikesh.. I also completed my yoga protocol instructor course and foundation course in yoga science and wellness from morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.. I am also certified by yoga certification board...I teach different yoga styles like hatha, ashtanga, yin.. I also teach pranayam, meditation and shatkarma...
