About Kellie
I have a background in theatre/dance and over 20 years experience within the health and wellbeing sector. I owned my own yoga/pilates studio for 16 years and sold it to become freelance and write books and online courses last year. I am an expert in the Pilates method and an Advanced Strala Yoga guide, trained in New York with Tara Stiles. I’m also a qualified Gong Master and Sound Healer and run The Self-Love Club Women’s Circles.
