About Jill
I'm studying health psychology at the International University (IU) in the 3rd semester. I am particularly interested in the connection between mind and body. I have been teaching yoga (Hatha &Vinyasa &Yin) for 2 years to get more people excited about the phenomenon of the body.
With my individual adapted yoga program I help you to pursue your goals and to train and understand both the body and the mind.

About the lesson

You will experience a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
A unit lasts 45 minutes, optionally longer.
It is particularly important to me to pick you up exactly where you are in order to give you the most fulfilling feeling possible after each session.
In addition to asanas (poses), we will also practice breathing techniques and meditation.
I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.
