I am a software engineer and have 10+ year yoga experience. I recently gained my yoga teacher certification of 200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training Program. I am very glad that I could be a yoga teacher to share my knowledge and experience to more people who are interested to yoga.

The general approach is I will show you the positions and say the order so you will be able to hear and watch my posture as well.
Take the Hatha yoga lesson as an example which is 50mins totaly, if needed it could be expand to 60mins. The lesson plan is as
first 5 mins, menditation;
warm up for next 5 mins with postures;
normal hatha postures for next 35 mins;
last 5 mins for rest.
Entry level or experienced people are all good to join.
