I am a Yoga therapist/ Practitioner from Rishikesh, The yoga capital of the World. I hold a Masters degree in Yoga Science. I believe yoga is not just what you practice on the mat, yoga is remembering what you learn on the mat and keeping it with you throughout the day. To keep the mind calm, to be relaxed, to be able to find comfort within oneself.
