Self taught artist and certified art therapist from the new school in N.Y.C.
I discovered the power of art after loosing my first child. It allowed me to go through the mourning process respecting my own rhythm and self.
The journey of healing often requires different angles in order to get back on track and healing is associated with different part of the person which includes not only the emotional but also the physical. Breathing and postural alignment become part of the process as they allow the physical energy to flow in better balance and harmony. I have more than 30 yrs of in this field.
Finally once this process is engage, the person comes with greater understanding of themselves and find new hope and resolution to not only strive but to create new roads for themselves and sometimes others.
